Wow, I will have worked a year at Sposato's Landscaping for a year this Friday. I'm enjoying it more then I would have thought I would. I was worried that the heat would be to much for me, but drinking lots of fluids and taking breaks in the AC every now and again and I was fine. I just recently got more responsibilities such as helping train one of the new guys in our department and being in charge of a crew for snow removal, not that we get a lot of snow.
The newest thing in my life is that I'm trying to buy a house. The hard part is finding one that is in my price range that I like. Most of the places that I have looked at are either in a bad neighborhood or needs so much work done to it that makes it so I can't afford it. However I am persevering and keep looking, and my pray is that God will lead me to the right one, eventually.
Well I've got a job again. I called up Sposato's and they said I should have been called last week with the news. I don't know the exact title of the job, but it involves spraying chemicals for the lawns, trees, and shrubs, and not actually trimming anything.
The good news is that it snowed last night and I don't have to go out in it. The bad news however is that I got laid-off from work.
I saw it coming since they had already let go most of the installers and some of the office people and business still wasn't picking up. I guessed I would be the first one let go from the shop (I guess I was right) for various reasons; however, I don't now if my ideas are the only reasons or if they are only guesses.
I have some ideas on different things I can do, my problem is picking the ones that God wants me to do. So all the prayers would be most appreciated.

Went to a concert on Sunday. The opening band (KJ52) apparently missed the flight and weren't there, so the lead guitar of Newsboys played a few songs he wrote before he joined Newsboys.
Newsboys have not lost there touch. They were even better this time then the last time I saw them for the Step Up to the Microphone tour.
They had the spinning drummer, but the stage wasn't big enough to have the duel drum sets, it was still pretty neat.
All in all it was a good time.

Oww
Trying to sleep in a 15 passenger van is somewhat painful after a 20 some odd hour drive.
The mission trip was fun and we got a lot done. We only had 2
major accidents, one was a split forehead from being hit my the bars
over a window, the other being a stupid boy with too much testosterone
and punching out a window and slicing the inside of his left
wrist. Both people were fine after a couple of stitches. The
only other injuries that I know of are the usual cuts, scrapes, and
bruises you get from doing demo work.
